Yearning a Second Pregnancy @ age 44

To have a second baby at age 44. I want my son (now 4 1/2 yrs) to have a sibling and for my husband and myself to experience the miracle of birth once again. My son is beautiful and healthy, conceived naturally at age 39. We have been through so much in trying to have a second child. Too many doctors, drugs, mood swings, mulitple iui cycles over the last 3 years, four miscarriages~all from natural conception, many difficult conversations and now attempting to know what is right for us and what to do next in adding to family of three.
