New Cell Phone Ban~Begins October 1st, 2010
As of October 1st holding a cell phone in the state of Maryland while driving will be against the law. I think I will be the first to forget & the first fined. First time offender will be ticketed $40, the amount goes up from there for second & third offenses. Just a FYI about the law details & a reminder to get your hands-free devise soon, as October first is this coming Friday.

Thanks for the reminder, guess my Verizon store is going to be crazy busy this week selling blue tooth gear. yikes!
